These terms cover the website at soltryxconstruction.com (the "site"). It's run by Soltryx Labs LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Soltryx," "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The app at app.soltryxconstruction.com has its own terms, which people agree to when they first sign in.

1. What the site is

The site describes Soltryx Construction and lets you contact us.

• It's general information, not professional advice.
• It isn't an offer. Prices, features and availability are set in a written agreement with us, if we make one.
• We may change the site, or what it describes, at any time.

2. Using the site

Don't:

• use the site to break the law;
• try to break into it, overload it or get around its security;
• copy it in bulk with automated tools;
• send us anything harmful, such as malware, through it.

3. What you send us

• When you send us a message, you confirm that what you send is accurate and yours to share.
• Please don't send confidential project details through the form. We'll ask for what we need if we work together.
• Ideas or feedback you send us, we may use freely, without paying you or naming you.

4. Our names and content

The site's text, design and images, and the names Soltryx and Soltryx Construction and their logos, belong to Soltryx Labs LLC. You may share links to the site, but don't copy its content, or use our names or logos, in a way that suggests we're connected with you or endorse you.

5. Other websites

If the site links to another website, we don't control it, and we're not responsible for it.

6. No promises

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, about it, including that it's accurate, complete or always available.

7. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is no more than $100.

8. The law

Washington law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Washington State decide any dispute about the site, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here, with a new effective date.
