Soltryx Construction Terms of Service
Version 1. Effective October 19, 2026.
These terms cover the Soltryx Construction app at app.soltryxconstruction.com (the "app"). The app is made by Soltryx Labs LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Soltryx," "we" or "us"). "Your organization" is the company that invited you. "You" means you, the person using the app.
By selecting Continue when you first sign in, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for your organization, you confirm that you're allowed to bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Early access, by invitation
- The app is in early access. It works by invitation only, and it's free while it's in early access.
- It will change. We add, change and remove features, and some things may not work as expected.
- If we start charging, your organization signs an order with us first. Nothing is charged without one.
- If we end early access, or the app, we tell your organization by email at least 30 days ahead, and give it a copy of its records if it asks within that time. We may end it sooner where the law, or the app's security, requires it.
2. Your account
- One person, one account. Your sign-in link is for you alone. Don't forward it, or let anyone else use your account.
- Your email account opens the app, so keep it secure.
- Tell us at once at hello@soltryxconstruction.com if a sign-in link reached the wrong person, or if you think someone else used your account.
- Your organization manages your access. It can change what you see, or remove you.
3. Your organization's records
- They belong to your organization. The project records, prices, decisions and everything else it puts in the app are its own.
- We use them only to run the app for it: to show them to the people it chose, to keep the app working and secure, to back them up, to fix problems it reports to us, to enter or import records when it asks, and to do what the law requires.
- We keep them confidential. We don't sell them, we don't use them for advertising, and we don't use them to train AI models.
- A copy: your organization can ask us for a copy of its records at any time, in a common format such as a spreadsheet file.
- When your organization leaves, we delete its records as our Privacy Policy says.
- What you put in: only put in what you and your organization have the right to share. Don't put in anyone's government ID, bank or card numbers, or health information.
4. What the app is, and isn't
The app helps your organization record and organize its work. It doesn't replace your own judgment, your contracts or professional advice.
- It isn't engineering, legal, safety, accounting or code-compliance advice.
- A price, change or decision recorded in the app is a record of it. It's a signed change order or an agreement only if your contract says so.
- Dates in the app don't replace the notice, lien, claim or payment deadlines in your contracts or in the law.
- Check the numbers before you rely on them, and keep your own copies of anything you need for your records.
5. Using the app fairly
Don't:
- break the law, or anyone's rights, with it;
- try to reach records you weren't given, or get around its security;
- probe, overload or disrupt it, or copy it with automated tools;
- upload anything harmful, such as malware;
- copy or take apart the app to build a competing product.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, or that puts the app or other people's records at risk. We'll tell your organization why, unless the law or security stops us.
6. Our property, and your ideas
- The app is ours. While you have access, you may use it for your organization's own work. These terms give you no other right in the app.
- Your suggestions: if you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or naming you. They don't include your organization's records.
7. No promises about results
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it's fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, delays, or special, incidental or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim about the app is no more than the larger of what your organization paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them to.
9. Ending
- You can stop using the app at any time.
- Your organization can remove you, and can stop using the app at any time.
- What lasts after the end: sections 3, and 6 to 10.
10. The law, and disagreements
- Washington law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-laws rules.
- Courts: the state and federal courts in Washington State decide any dispute about the app or these terms, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may still bring a claim in small claims court, where it qualifies.
- Talk to us first: before bringing a claim, write to us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For a change that matters, we'll tell your organization at least 14 days before it takes effect, and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, stop using the app.
12. The whole agreement
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the app. If your organization signs an order or agreement with us, that document wins where it differs from these terms. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We can transfer these terms if Soltryx Labs, or Soltryx Construction, is sold or reorganized.
