Soltryx Construction Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026.
Soltryx Construction is software for construction companies. It has a public website, soltryxconstruction.com, and an app, app.soltryxconstruction.com, that a company uses by invitation. Both are made by Soltryx Labs LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Soltryx," "we" or "us").
This policy says what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- The website has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- If you write to us through the form, we use what you send only to reply to you.
- In the app, your company's project records belong to your company. We use them only to run the app for it.
- We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- Questions or requests: hello@soltryxconstruction.com.
1. The website
What we collect:
- When you read the site: nothing of our own. Like any website's host, Cloudflare, which hosts our site, receives your IP address, your browser's details and the page you asked for, so that it can deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
- When you use the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, your company's size and your message.
- The form's spam check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It looks at signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare uses those signals to run the check and to improve it, under its own Turnstile privacy notice.
Why: to reply to you about Soltryx Construction, and to keep spam out.
What we don't do: no analytics, no advertising tools, no tracking pixels and no outside scripts apart from the spam check. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Where your message goes, and how long we keep it:
- It's kept in a database in our Cloudflare account.
- We delete it 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless you become a customer. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
2. The app
The app works by invitation only. A construction company ("your organization") invites the people it works with: its own team, and the subcontractors and others it chooses.
What it holds:
- About you: your name, your email address, the organization you belong to, and your role on its projects.
- Your organization's records: the people on each project and their roles; the work planned, with the site's daily logs, messages, and permits and inspections; field changes with their prices and decisions; estimates, budgets and the kinds of cost; and its contacts, leads and catalogue. A contact may hold a client's or a trade's name, phone number, email address, street address and licence number. These records may name you, or other people.
- Signing in: we use a one-use sign-in link, not a password. The person who invites you sends it to you directly. Once you're in, one cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- Server records: the time, your IP address, your browser's details and what was asked of the app. We keep them for 30 days, to keep the app working and secure.
Who decides about the records: your organization. It chooses who's invited, what's recorded, and what each person can see. We handle the records for it, on its behalf. If you want something in its records seen, changed or removed, ask your organization. You can also write to us: we'll pass your request on and help your organization answer it.
How we use it: only to run the app for your organization. That means showing the records to the people it chose, keeping the app working and secure, backing it up, fixing problems it reports to us, entering or importing records when it asks, and doing what the law requires.
- We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Today the app doesn't send your organization's records to any AI model, and we don't use them to train one. If that changes, we'll update this policy first and tell your organization before it happens.
- The people at Soltryx who run the app can reach its server, or your organization's records, only to keep it working, to fix a problem your organization reports, to enter or import records when it asks, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it:
- While your organization uses the app, we keep its records.
- If your organization stops using the app, we give it a copy of its records if it asks, and delete them within 30 days after it leaves.
- If your organization removes you, your sign-in stops working. Your name stays in its records of past work, as part of its own records.
- Backups: we keep encrypted backups for 35 days. Something deleted from the app is gone from the backups within that time.
3. Who helps us
| Company | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the website, runs the form's spam check, carries traffic to the app and protects it, and stores our encrypted backups and the form's messages | Cloudflare's network, worldwide |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon Lightsail) | Runs the app's server | Ohio, United States |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Hosts our email, which carries messages to our contact address and the sign-in links we send | Google's data centers, worldwide |
Each one handles personal information only to provide its service to us, under its terms with us.
We may also share information:
- when the law requires it;
- to protect someone's safety, or our rights;
- if Soltryx Labs, or Soltryx Construction, is sold or reorganized. This policy keeps applying to the information.
4. Cookies
- The website: we set no cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie of its own while it checks for bots or attacks. Such a cookie is strictly necessary, and isn't used for advertising or to follow you across websites.
- The app: one cookie that keeps you signed in, which is strictly necessary. Cloudflare's security cookies may also apply.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we don't track you across websites, and we don't sell or share personal information for advertising. So we treat every visitor the same way, whether or not your browser sends these signals.
5. Security
- How we protect it: every connection uses HTTPS. The app signs you in with one-use links rather than passwords. Our backups are encrypted, and only the people who run the app can reach its server.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you, or your organization, as the law requires.
6. Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, for a copy, or to correct or delete it, at hello@soltryxconstruction.com. We answer within 30 days. For your organization's records in the app, see "Who decides about the records" above.
- We won't treat you differently for asking.
- If a privacy law where you live gives you other rights, write to us, and we'll honor them as that law requires.
7. Children
Neither the website nor the app is meant for children. The app is for adults, invited by their organization. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
8. Where we are
We're in the United States, and the app's server is in Ohio. If you use the website or the app from outside the United States, your information comes to the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll post any change here, with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information already in the app, we'll tell your organization at least 14 days before it takes effect.
